CBD Punjab

Lahore, Pakistan — PlottoSky’s first project hub. This page uses the shared project-hub template that every future project will use.

Hero art is illustrative only — it is not a photograph of this project.

Project facts (verified)

CBD Punjab is the province-level programme of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), a Punjab government authority. Its flagship footprint is the former Walton Airport land in the Gulberg / Walton area of Lahore. The CBD Lahore project launched on 26 February 2021.

Districts: Quaid District (original footprint, commercial face), Bab District (southern half, earlier stage), NSIT City (technology district, approved March 2024), and CBD Potohar (outside Lahore, launched June 2026). Route 47 joins Quaid and Bab districts and was completed in April 2025 at a reported cost of Rs 13 billion.

Key developments

SIRIUS — flagship mixed-use skyscraper, Quaid District (planned figures only). Celestia — IT and office tower, NSIT City (final slab reported complete). CBD Walk — retail and food corridor around the artificial CBD Lake, Gulberg; Phase 2 auction in October 2025 was reported at Rs 2.3 billion. The Runway — commercial and lifestyle boulevard; ground and site works progressing. The Regalia — branded luxury residential plots concept, Quaid District (May 2026 bid round: three 7.11-kanal plots).

Price benchmarks (recorded auction results — not availability)

Overall recorded range: roughly PKR 70 million to PKR 301 million per kanal, by district: Quaid PKR 150M–301M, Bab PKR 100M–200M, NSIT City PKR 70M–150M (2026, official PCBDDA auction results). These are ranges of recorded results, not a price tag on any single plot, and no official per-marla rate is published.

Project overview

CBD Punjab is an under-development project in Lahore, Pakistan, and the first hub on PlottoSky. This hub is built to bring its locations, buildings, plans, pictures, news and community questions together in one place, instead of scattering them across separate pages.

As details are verified, they will appear in the matching tab — locations under Locations, towers under Buildings & Towers, and dated updates under News & Updates. Until then, those tabs stay honestly empty rather than showing estimates as facts.

Developer details: to be added.
Developer, architect and official source links are not shown until they are verified. See NOTES.md for the to-verify list.

Locations

No location pages published yet. Locations index →
District and location pages for this project will be added in Phase 2, one page per verified location, each with its own map, buildings, facilities and gallery. No district names or details are listed until verified.

Buildings & Towers

No tower pages published yet. Buildings & Towers index →
Tower pages will be added in Phase 2 with verified height, floor count, status and completion information only. No tower is named or measured here until that information is verified.

Masterplan

Masterplan: to be added. Masterplan index →
A masterplan view belongs in this tab, but no plan image or layout is shown until a verified plan is available. This is a Phase 2 item.

No gallery images published yet. Gallery index →
Gallery pictures will be added only with a clear source. The skyline art at the top of this page is an illustration, not a project photograph.
