- 26 February 2021 — CBD Lahore project launched.
- August 2022 — Authority renamed from LCBDDA to PCBDDA.
- December 2023 — Lahore Prime infrastructure inaugurated.
- March 2024 — NSIT City approved.
- December 2024 — Consolidated master-plan milestone.
- April 2025 — Route 47, joining Quaid and Bab districts, completed at a reported cost of Rs 13 billion.
- June 2026 — CBD Potohar launched, the first extension beyond the Walton site.
