Bab District

Under Development

Bab District is the southern half of the Walton pair. It begins after the railway line and runs towards Bab-e-Pakistan on Walton Road. It is at an earlier development stage than Quaid District. Its published anchor point is approximately 31.4819, 74.3536 — an approximate centre marker, not a boundary.

Proposed Diplomatic Enclave

A diplomatic enclave of around 374 kanals for foreign missions has been proposed at Bab-e-Pakistan. Approval by the Punjab caretaker government was reported around June 2023. No embassy plot sizes, prices, payment plans, or completion dates have been published for it, and none are shown here.

Price benchmarks

Recorded auction results for Bab District fall around PKR 100 million to PKR 200 million per kanal. These are benchmarks from recorded results, not a price tag on any single plot.
