Quaid District
Under Development
Quaid District is the original CBD Lahore footprint, built on former Walton Airport land on the Kalma Chowk and Gulberg side of the Walton area. It forms the northern half of the Walton pair of districts and is listed as “Capital Core” on the official PCBDDA portal.
Quaid is the more established, commercial face of CBD Lahore, with the most developed commercial market among the districts. Its anchor point, as published, is approximately 31.5042, 74.3314 — an approximate centre marker, not a district boundary, as no official boundary has been published in a form that can be reproduced here.
Projects in this district
SIRIUS — mixed-use skyscraper, Plot 1-05. The Regalia branded residential plots are also part of this district’s story.
Price benchmarks
Recorded auction results for Quaid District fall around PKR 150 million to PKR 301 million per kanal. These are benchmarks from recorded results, not a price tag on any single plot and not a claim of availability.
