NSIT City (Nawaz Sharif IT City) is a purpose-built technology district in Lahore’s south-east, on Bedian Road, near DHA Phases 6 and 7 and next to the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute (PKLI). It is a separate location from Quaid and Bab districts and is not connected to them by Route 47. It was approved in March 2024.

The district’s main entrance gate core structural work has been reported complete. Its best-known tower is Celestia, a dedicated IT and office tower.

Price benchmarks

Recorded auction results for NSIT City in 2026 fall around PKR 70 million to PKR 150 million per kanal, based on official PCBDDA auction results. This is the lowest entry point among the districts and reflects its early development stage. Benchmarks only — not availability.
